Privacy Policy

We collect the personal information you provide when creating an account: name, email address, date of birth, and home addresses you add to your profile. We use this data solely to submit opt-out requests to data brokers on your behalf.

We use your information to:

• Submit opt-out requests to data brokers on your behalf.
• Track and confirm removal status for your listings.
• Send you progress notifications and removal confirmations.
• Detect and re-file when brokers re-add your data.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to perform the opt-out service (e.g., submitting your information to a broker's opt-out form) or as required by law.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, to allow reinstatement and to complete any in-progress removals. After that window, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Your profile data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to your personal information is restricted to the systems that submit opt-out requests and staff responsible for manual broker handling.
