Terms of Service

leavenotrac.es submits opt-out and data deletion requests to data brokers on your behalf. We monitor for re-listings and re-file removals as part of your subscription. We do not guarantee removal from every broker — some brokers reject requests or require additional verification steps beyond our control.

Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Renewal at the updated price requires your agreement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information for opt-out submissions.
• Use the service only for yourself or family members you are authorized to represent.
• Not misuse the service to submit fraudulent or malicious removal requests.

By using leavenotrac.es, you authorize us to act as your authorized agent under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable state privacy laws to submit opt-out and deletion requests on your behalf.

leavenotrac.es is not liable for a data broker's failure to honor a removal request, re-listing of your data after removal, or any harm arising from your data appearing on a broker's site. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
